Jackson's chameleon



The Scientific name Jackson's chameleon is Trioceros jacksonii.
There are three types of Jackson's Chameleon  found in areas of the African wild are in the Trioceros subgenera.


The life span of jackson chameleon is 5-10 year.


Chameleons are born with special cells that have a colour or pigment in them. These cells lie in layers under the chameleon's outer skin.

which help to change in colour.

Jackson's chameleons live primarily on a diet small insectslizards, smallbirds, and snails.
